Syn-Tex Bag, a division of Syn-Tex Convertors Ltd. was founded in 1979. Our head office and primary manufacturing facility is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We also manufacture product in Vera Cruz/Cordoba, Mexico. We have sales representation throughout all of Canada and the United States.
After many years in the flexible packaging business our standard FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) known as the "Cargo Sack", and our baffle or "Q"bag are still the major components in our product mix today. These bags are used in the transportation of intermediate quantities (500-5000 lbs) of dry flowable materials.
In addition to our FIBC line we also manufacture the "Cargo Guardian" air bag or dunnage bag. These inflatable bags brace loads and provide damage protection to cargo in rail cars, truck trailers, and ocean-going vessels.
